Please download the membership form above, print and complete the form, then mail with your check to Heart of the Hills Players, 28100 Mound Road, Unit 946, Warren, MI 48090.
TO PAY WITH PAYPAL:
If you would prefer to pay with Paypal, (no Paypal account required), you can mail or email a PDF of the completed form to hohplayers@gmail.
Instructions for paying for a membership with Paypal without a Paypal account are below.
Step 1 – Click on the drop down field under Membership Types to select an Individual or Family membership. Enter the name(s) of the purchaser in the field below.
Step 2 – Click on the Add to Cart button.
Step 3 – On the Your shopping cart page, review the number of memberships purchased, and click “more” to verify the type of membership and member names.
Step 4 Click on Checkout, above “Pay Without a PayPal Account”.
Step 5 On the next page, scroll down to and click on Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
Step 6 Enter information listed on next page titled Pay with Debit or Credit Card, then click Continue.
The next page will reflect the purchase information, and a receipt will be emailed to you by PayPal.
